Our Story
C & S Roofing was started in January 1983 as a partnership between Russ Clagg, formerly of Clagg Roofing (1958 to 1979), and son-in-law Bill Summerfield.
Russ retired in 1994 and Bill became the sole owner. Born and raised on the Central Coast, and working in the roofing industry since 1976, Bill has served many customers' roofing needs over the years.
C & S Roofing continues to perform top-quality work with long-time local employees and quality materials.
